How long am I committed for if I signup?
You can cancel any service with just 30 days notice.
Do I need to be an existing customer of Style Arcade?
Nope! You can engage consulting services without signing up for the app. All you need is to have Shopify and Shopify POS. We connect your data via the Shopify API and complete a short onboarding process prior to kicking off consulting.
How long does it take to get started?
Our guide is 2-3 weeks. This includes connecting to data, testing and workshop to understand your business.
Can I buy one service? How does pricing work?
You can choose a-la-carte service by service, or buy a package to maximize value! Pricing starts at USD$400.
How much notice do I need to give for tasks?
We’ll map out a retail timeline so there are no surprises but we understand things come up we just ask for 3 days notice on urgent tasks.
